Gratitude

Thank you for shopping and supporting an independent, woman and minority owned business.

Your purchase means everything to us.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have helped make Time Within a reality.

Research has shown that consciously practicing gratitude can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Studies have found that a single act of thoughtful gratitude produces an immediate 10% increase in happiness, and a 35% reduction in depressive symptoms.*

A gratitude practice helped usher in large shifts in my life. I invite you to start by recognizing 5 different things that you are grateful for each day. It can be for anything or everything – nothing is too small or specific and nothing too grand. It’s even better if you can write it down.

With love, Lulu
