Returns
To maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand that scent should be experienced in person and would love to send you a scented paper sample.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us right away (or at least within five business days). Send photos and any other noteworthy details to hello@timewithin.com
Shipping
Time Within ships within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Orders may take up to three business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 5pm ET will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We cannot edit or modify orders after they have been placed. Please make sure your selection and shipping address are correct, as we cannot redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Time Within offers:
UPS Ground: delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 states and Puerto Rico – in approximately 1 to 5 business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air: delivers in 2 days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: delivers next day to the 48 contiguous states with Saturday delivery available.
Time Within offers free standard shipping in the US for orders of $50 and above. Please allow 5-8 business days for complimentary shipping. If you prefer to expedite your order, select a different shipping option. We offer the following UPS options: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of Time Within purchases, actual time frames are
managed by third-party shippers and subject to their policies and schedule.
